QUALITY CONTROL – Key Accountabilities: (including but not limited to :) • To maintain the Director’s/CEO’s office • Making phone calls and e-mails for them • To maintain their appointments, calendar, files, self-correspondences • Attending visitors on behalf of them, if they are away • Doing travel arrangements, including ticketing, hotel bookings etc • Making minutes of the meetings
