About Our Company
Shipra Commercial Pvt Ltd has created its business with a passion for excellence and innovation since 2008 as a production house for knitted and woven garments. Because of our expertise in manufacturing, we produce garments for various value retail chains all over India such as Big Bazar, V-Mart, D-Mart, Citistyle, Vishal Mega Mart etc. We produce over 6 lakh casual and formal garments per month for men, women and children. Over the years we have established our name as one of the leading manufacturer of quality readymade garments in India. In 2016, we also launched F-Street, which is a mid segment mens casualwear brand. In 1 year we opened 12 exclusive stores and aim to grow this brand across categories and channels in the near future.
Our Journey
The journey that started with a team of four members in 1500 sqft area in 2008, today has over 100 members and an exhaustive in-house designing to retail unit that caters to large retail chains and 10 exclusive own brand stores.
With the perspective to offer our customers with the premium quality and individualistic Fashion wear, we consistently endeavor hard towards developing innovative and attractive products. Attention to detail is the name of game. From investing in high quality fabric to using state-of-the-art printing techniques, we pay close attention to each stitch and seam in the pursuit of creating a perfect product every time. Supported by our “out of the box’ – product developers, designers, highly experienced tailors and craftsmen, we are committed to provide uniquely designed quality garments.

Mr. Rajiv Goenka, the man behind SCPL believes in simplicity and persistence. His progressive thinking and far-sightedness has transformed SCPL from a small manufacturing house to a leading manufacturer with its own Retail brand and presence of EBOs across India. Carving a niche for himself as a distinguished entrepreneur through his dedication, serving with passion, excelling with ethics, he has made SCPL synonymous with reliability and quality. He is a source of inspiration for all SCPL team members, whom he treats to be his own family. He founded CitStyle in 2004 and has over 25 years of experience in the apparel industry including entrepreneurial experiences in manufacturing, import, exports and retail of apparel!
Mr. Rakesh Chhajer
CEO & Director
Mr.RakeshChhajer is the man behind the daily operations of SCPL. He has over 20 years experience in the apparel manufacturing industry and along with Mr.Goenka started SCPL in 2008. He is a diligent individual and the key reason behind SCPL’s growth over the years. He is detail oriented and focused to create products keeping the end user in mind. He inspires the entire SCPL team through his eagerness to learn, work hard and deliver results. He is always hands on and his energy encourages the entire team to work as a collective unit.
Mr. Karan Goenka
Director
Mr.Karan Goenka is the young blood at SCPL. He is a 25 year old and has recently returned from the USA to start F-Street. He is the Director and responsible for the planning, procurement, retail and marketing operations of F-STREET. He is also the brains behind the new HR and IT policies at SCPL. He is ambitious, energetic and always striving for excellence. His mantra is ‘Be better than you were yesterday’ and dreams to make SCPL one of the greatest places to work in the country.
